Friday Night Lights

Never in a million years did I think I would say this, but I miss Marching band! I miss the friends, the music, the activities, the structure, and FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS! I think all in all after spending time in the North, I’m ready to go back south and as y’all may know the South (more specifically Texas) is known for their football culture.  Anyways, I’ve been re watching my old marching band and auxiliary performances.  Unfortunately only last years auxiliary performances are available and to be honest I did not enjoy that year the most, but our march was pretty stellar! I was actually both a majorette (baton twirler) and a percussionist (or as we prefer it ‘Rhythmic Americans’) and our band was Military Marching with one or two corp features.
